Awards include: Victorian Tourism Award Hall Of Fame for Hosted Accommodation, HMAAV Hall of Fame and Colac Otway Shire Business Excellence Award. Joy is recognised as a leader in the tourism industry and has more than 20 years experience in running her own property. In 2001 Joy received the HMAAV award for the most outstanding contribution by an individual to the tourism industry. Joy started Holiday Great Ocean Road in 2002. She brings a mentoring and advisory service to the business.

Denis Morrissy
As General manager of Holiday Great Ocean Road, Denis role includes advertising, marketing, website development, and collaborating with the tourism industry.

Taylor Towers, Liam Harrington and Kaitlyn Bartlett
The Holiday Great Ocean Road staff assists in the day to day running of the business, including processing bookings, guest information services and coordinating cleaning and maintenance.Taylor, Liam and Kaitlyn are now completing a certificate three in Tourism operations. With lots of experience in the office the Holiday Great Ocean Road team helps guests plan the perfect holiday.
