Ideally located as a base for the Great Ocean Walk or holiday adventures with family and friends. For nature lovers this 80 acre property has 1 km of private river frontage and is home to a variety of native birds and wildlife. Koalas are often spotted in the trees at eye level from the living room and a quiet evening stroll is sure to spot a platypus.

For anglers, the Aire River and Estuary supports healthy populations of Bream and Trout, so don’t forget the fishing gear! Much care and attention has gone toward fitting out this house that comfortably sleeps 10/12 people. The fully appointed kitchen has everything a good cook requires, including coffee machine.

Five minutes drive to Castle Cove beach or a one hour paddle to the secluded Aire River mouth and Otway Coastal Park down the majestic Aire River.
