Main entry to the house is on the upper level, opening into the spacious dining, living and kitchen areas. The gourmet kitchen has stone benchtops and splashbacks and Bosch appliances. Relax on the day bed or couches in the living room looking out at the stunning ocean views while warmed by the open wood fire. The living room also features a wall mounted Plasma TV and surround sound system.

Off the dining area is a counter-levered outdoor entertainment deck, suspended high above the beach below, complete with outdoor setting. There is also a second, more sheltered deck off the rear of the living area next to the kitchen with a BBQ.

Also on the main level is the master bedroom, a beautiful bathroom with window bath taking in the stunning ocean views, the laundry and a separate toilet.

All of the main level is serviced by a temperature controlled ducted heating and cooling system.

Downstairs, there is a main guest room with an ensuite bathroom, two further bedrooms and a playroom. There is also another bathroom which again has a window bath with ocean views. The bedrooms have built in robes and wall mounted electric heaters.

Across two levels, Altitude can sleep up to 12 people in the following configuration:
1st Bedroom: 1 King size bed
2nd Bedroom: 1 Split King bed
3rd Bedroom: 1 Split King bed
4th Bedroom: 2 bunk beds (4 singles)
