Azure offers easy access to the property with undercover car parking at the front door.
On entering the house, a 180 degree panoramic vista immediately sorrounds you. Extensive picture windows invite your engagement with the external environment. Stacking doors open on to a large private balcony overlooking the beach, perfect for relaxing or entertaining friends.
On the entry level is the spacious, sun-filled living area and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Also on this level are the master bedroom and ensuite, with views to the ocean through native bushland, and a second, smaller, living area with an additional wall-mounted TV, a second DVD player and a WII.
Spotted gum floors are featured throughout. Large flat-screen HD TV, Bose CD/DVD player with surround sound system, wood-burning fire and reverse cycle air conditioning all make for year round comfort and relaxation.
Downstairs are three bedrooms with built-in robes and electric Nobo heaters. All have views and two have balconies. The superb bathroom has a bath with an ocean view, and includes a European laundry. There is a separate powder room.
