The house is split over two separate levels, the bottom level being
accessed only externally. Please let us know on booking of your
bedding requirements for the split king beds. The downstairs area
is separately keyed and only made available for bookings of five
or more people.
The main house features open plan kitchen, dining
and living areas with Bose surround sound system and large wall
mounted Plasma TV. The sunken lounge features a wood fire and views
of the ocean, with glass doors leading out onto the deck. There
are two king bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a full laundry.
The lower level is self contained featuring a queen
bed, single bed, sitting area, kitchen, shower and toilet. Please
note that the lower level is only available if the booking is for
five or more people.
Bass Avenue is ideal for couples, with three bedrooms and three
bathrooms.
Bass Avenue is located next door to Great Ocean House, which is
convenient for groups wanting to book two houses. Up to 14 guests
can be accommodated between the two properties.
