on the Great Ocean Road, Bella Vista is within
walking distance to everything. You can leave the car parked for
your entire stay. It is only 100m to the golf course, harbour, shops,
restaurants & beach and a 'stone's throw' to the Barham River
mouth and Marengo beach. It is near the Mechanics Hall which is
the local Cinema during the Christmas & school holiday periods,
as well as being a great venue for acts to be seen at the annual
Apollo Bay Music Festival.
Bella
Vista has been recently totally renovated by the very proud
owners. The property has polished floor boards throughout, a well
equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. There are gas fired
heaters in the lounge & main bedrooms that create the ambience
of a wood heater for those cosy winter evenings. There is no airconditioning
as Bella Vista has the benefit of sea breezes from
the nearby ocean.
The
main bedroom has a queen bed, a wall mounted TV and an ensuite with
a corner spa. The second bedroom has a queen bed, also with a wall
mounted TV. The third bedroom has two sets of single bunks. This
house is perfect for two small families or a friends' weekend away.
Bella
Vista boasts a large fenced back garden, great for pets
to run freely and also to keep the kids safe, while you relax on
the back verandah. It also lends itself to the old fashioned back
yard cricket competition between families or friends. A large gas
bbq is provided for your use also.
