From the comfort of the couch you can take in the spectacular floor to ceiling ocean and coastal views stretching as far as the eye can see.
This house has undoubtedly some of the best uninterrupted views across Loutitt Bay to Lorne available on the West coast. Nestled high up among the gum trees it makes you wonder who might be lucky enough to live there - well . . . you can! For a weekend or a week you can enjoy the serenity and exclusivity of this wonderful house. You will wake up to the sounds of the bush and the crash of the surf but at the same time 5 minutes driving will take you to the wonderful beaches of Lorne or Eastern view as well as the cafes and restaurants.
The house has a wonderful beachy feel of days gone by were time slows down and troubles seem to fade away. It is equally suited to romantic couples wanting to spend quiet time together as it is to families wanting to capture the unique experience of quality time spent together in a memorably coastal retreat.
Binalong accommodates up to seven guests in three bedrooms over two levels.
Upstairs has an open plan living, kitchen and dining area with polished timber floors and wood fire place. An outdoor entertaining deck with BBQ, outdoor furniture and shade sail is just off the dining area and has ocean views.
This level also features the large master bedroom with amazing ocean views, walk in robe and bathroom. Lie in bed and be captivated by the glittering lights of Lorne.
The bathroom offers a beautiful place to relax in the bath looking out to the ocean.
(And one of the best views from the loo you will find!)
Downstairs has two bedrooms (1 x Queen, 1 x Double bunk with a single on top), as well as laundry and bathroom with shower.
