Great Ocean House is a brand new property designed and built by owners Tim Scanlan (Scanbuild) and Melia Frangos (Frangos & Frangos Daylesford).

Located in Separation Creek, Great Ocean House features an ocean view from every room. The house is in a tranquil setting amongst the gum trees and is only a five minute stroll to the beach.

Designed with a contemporary feel and an open plan layout, the house features polished timber floorboards and an earthy colour palette enhanced by warm jarrah highlights and furniture.

The house has convenient access, with a drive in carport for two cars on the same level as entry to the house. A fully equipped kitchen with large gas Smeg oven, Miele appliances and stone bench tops is perfect for cooking up all those recipes you’ve been collecting. If BBQs are more your style, there is a sheltered north facing outdoor entertaining area with gourmet gas BBQ, open wood fire and outdoor furniture. Separated only by large sliding glass doors, this outdoor room looks through the kitchen/living area to the sea.

Down a few stairs from the dining area, the living room makes the most of the ocean view, with a huge window framed in Jarrah. There is a wood fire, plasma TV and Bose surround sound entertainment system, and a big comfy lounge to enjoy it from. The front ocean facing deck has beautiful views, more outdoor furniture, and integrated outdoor lighting.

There are a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with heated floor tiles.
The master bedroom with a king size bed is located off the living area, and has an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony. Downstairs are two further bedrooms, both with private balconies, and the main bathroom, which features a large bath overlooking the eucalypts and ocean. Soak away while watching koalas in the surrounding trees. The second bedroom has one queen size bed. The third bedroom has a split king bed and two single beds. Great Ocean House is located next door to Bass Avenue, which is convenient for groups wanting to book two houses. Up to 15 guests can be accommodated between the two properties.
