DOWNSTAIRS
Main entry to the house is on the lower level, opening into the downstairs living area and outdoor deck overlooking Wye River Beach and Sturt Point. The living area includes LCD TV/DVD, ipod dock and enough space for a children's retreat separate to the main living area upstairs. The lower level also features 2 bedrooms with coastal views and a bunkroom, all with built-in-robes; bathroom with shower and separate bath; and separate powder room.

UPSTAIRS
The main level of the house encompasses the open plan kitchen and living and dining area. Roll back the full width glass doors opening onto the large east facing outdoor entertaining deck overlooking the beach and ocean to the horizon beyond. The rear of the living area also opens onto the landscaped terraced garden and outdoor patio with extensive stadium seating and in-built gas BBQ and external heater over the outdoor meals and games area. Large LCD TV; Foxtel, DVD, Wifi connectivity; stereo system, open wood fire place, along with reverse cycle air-conditioning ensure the living space is the perfect place all year round to relax and absorb the Horizons surrounds.

The kitchen provides the latest European appliances with electric oven; built-in espresso machine; gas cooktop with wok burner and electric BBQ grill plate; wine fridge; refrigerator; dishwasher & microwave.

Also on the main level is the private master bedroom with ensuite, reverse cycle air-conditioning, walk-in-robes and outdoor deck overlooking the beach. A separate powder-room for guests with a separate, fully equipped laundry are also located upstairs.

Horizons can sleep up to 11 people in the following configuration:
