A striking, architecturally
designed modern beach house located on the bluff between Wye River
and Separation Creek, Iluka Blue boasts spectacular beach and ocean
views and wildlife on your door step.
A major feature
of the property is the three decking, balcony and terrace areas;
one at the front of the house dazzles in the morning sun; a
sheltered patio decking area at the back of the house with a BBQ
provides the perfect outdoor dining area; and a private, secluded
sunny terrace with private entrance off the master bedroom.
The property can sleep up to eight people in four bedrooms, three
with queen size beds and one bedroom with a single bunk bed (two
single beds).
UPSTAIRS
The centrally located large open lounge, dining and kitchen area
with polished floor boards opens onto the wrap-around balcony, taking
in 180 degree views of the surrounding bushland and sparkling ocean.
The master bedroom has it's own private entrance to a wonderfully
secluded balcony overlooking Separation Creek, it also has its own bathroom. The formal dining
room for 8 guests is located off the central living area with views
over the bluff to the ocean below. The main bathroom is also located
upstairs with deep bath and shower. There is a separate toilet and
separate laundry room with full facilities.
DOWNSTAIRS
The front entrance to the
house opens to an internal staircase and access to the large private Bedroom 3 with ensuite. There is an internal and external entry to the 4th bedroom which sleeps 2 in single bunk beds
