The Main Level:
The main level is a full house, with dining and living areas, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, granite kitchen with Gagganau cooking, coffee machine and extremely well equipped cupboards. Off the beautiful dining area bi-fold glass doors open onto the upper deck which has ocean views, outdoor furniture and heaters. You also have access to the laundry off this level.

The Lower Level:
The lower level is another fully self contained area which is accessible for bookings of seven or more people. It has a full kitchen, living area with open gas log fire, reverse cycle air conditioning. The forth bedroom is located downstairs, and has a king bed and two single beds, with an ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe.

The downstairs entertaining area has a large ducted BBQ with wok burner, and outdoor kitchen with deep fryer. The fully integrated sound system works throughout the house, including the two outdoor entertaining areas.
