Enjoy the truly spectacular 180 degree views of the ocean and the beautiful surrounding countryside of the Otways. Wander down the beach for a quick dip, walk along the rocks, meander along the river or just relax in airconditioned comfort or laze in front of the open fire. Visit the natural koala colonies only minutes away on Grey River Road. Take a short drive to Apollo Bay or Lorne to enjoy the many shops, restaurants and cafes. There is no shopping centre in Kennett River, so it is recommended to bring provisions for your stay with you.

All bedrooms are spacious, have large ensuite bathrooms with double showers and their own private balconies with 180 degree ocean views.

Across the two levels, there are four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two kitchens, two living areas, and two outdoor entertaining decks.

The Main Level:
The main level is a full house, with dining and living areas, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, granite kitchen with Gagganau cooking facilities, coffee machine and extremely well equipped cupboards. Off the beautiful dining area bi-fold glass doors open onto the upper deck which has ocean views, outdoor furniture and heaters. You also have access to the laundry off this level.

The Lower Level:
The lower level is another fully self contained area which is accessible for bookings of seven or more people. It has a full kitchen, living area with open gas log fire, reverse cycle air conditioning. The fourth bedroom is located downstairs, and has a king bed and two single beds, with an ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe.

The downstairs entertaining area has a large ducted BBQ with wok burner, and outdoor kitchen with deep fryer. The fully integrated sound system works throughout the house, including the two outdoor entertaining areas.

A stay at this property will be an experience remembered for a long time.

On arrival, a 'welcome basket' containing juice, milk, bread, eggs and nibbles is provided, as well as a fresh seasonal fruit selection and home baked cake.
