A
wonderful family beach house.
Located at Moggs Creek, 'Le Maison Du Moggs' is a large, open plan,
relaxed feel beach house. Across two levels, there are two living
areas, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large deck area and a courtyard.
The house is located 500m from the beach in a quiet court setting,
on a large block with private native garden, lawn area, fenced yard
for dogs, and access to various nature walks around the area.
Downstairs
Downstairs,
there is the open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The living
room floor is concrete, with a painted true compass picture. Timber
bi-fold shutters separate the dining area from the study, allowing
complete privacy or being able to open up the bi-fold doors to allow
extra space. The study has book lined walls.
Off the dining room and the study, are glass doors opening onto
the courtyard with BBQ and outdoor furniture. Just off the study
is the main bathroom which has a frameless glass shower, toilet,
vanity and claw foot bath in a sunny, glass bay- window. The main
bedroom is next to this bathroom, and has a king size bed.
At the other end of the living area are two further bedrooms - one
with a double bed and one with two bunk beds - and the laundry which
has another shower in it.

Upstairs
has a second living area with wood fire and TV. Sliding glass doors
open up to a large outdoor deck area. There is one large bedroom
upstairs with a queen size bed and a day bed. The ensuite bathroom
has a large oval spa bath, and a painted Greco-Roman mural.
