family holiday home. Marengo Beach House is located in a prime position,
between Apollo Bay and Marengo on the Great Ocean Road.
Walk
across the road to the beach, and along the beach or path to the
golf club, harbour, fisherman's co-op for fresh fish, or into the
township of Apollo Bay.
The
expansive long lawn at the front of the property provides a great
spot for family cricket, football etc, or just for the kids to run
around. There is a gazebo on the lawn area, where you can do some
of that holiday reading. The
family will also enjoy the pool table, located in the games room
downstairs.
Upstairs,
glass sliding doors from the living area open to the front deck,
which has beautiful ocean views from Apollo Bay to Marengo. The
perfect place for happy hour. Downstairs, there is a sheltered,
north facing outdoor entertaining area with BBQ.
Marengo
Beach House can sleep six people in three bedrooms, with two queen
size beds and two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with
a corner spa.
Available from Friday 19th December onwards.
