The property is located between Apollo Bay and the 12 Apostles situated on 100 acres of native bushland adjoining the Great Otway National Park . Enjoy the isolated and private location. Floor to ceiling windows enable you to take in the everchanging views from each room.

Rotten Point House can sleep up to eight people in three bedrooms with two king beds and one split king.
There are two spacious bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking up a feast. Or you have the option of a private in-house chef on request to create incredible meals from fresh local produce. The chef can come to the house and cook for you, or you can pre-order cooked meals to be delivered to the house ready for you to just heat up and have when you want.
