Southern Exposure is set on 14 acres of farmland located in the rolling green Apollo Bay hills, 3.9km from The Great Ocean Road and only 5km to the beaches, shops and restaurants of Apollo Bay.
Southern Exposure provides an ideal location for a secluded sojourn along The Great Ocean Road or for a great family getaway. Relax taking in the southern ocean views all the way to King Island, the Apollo Bay harbour and township.
There are two separate living areas - both with ocean views and full entertainment TV/DVD, including AUSTAR pay TV services (no free to air TV reception.) The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher.
Southern Exposure allows you to entertain without leaving the property with a large Southern facing deck overlooking the ocean, or retreat to the north facing enclosed courtyard which is equipped with outdoor furniture and BBQ.
There is one bathroom which has a shower over a bath, vanity, toilet, washing machine and dryer.
The house accommodates up to eight guests in three bedrooms, with one king size bed (in the large master suite), one double size bed, and two sets of bunk beds in the third bedroom (4 single beds in total.)
With safe swimming and pet friendly beaches only minutes away, Southern Exposure provides the perfect base for a family holiday with your four legged friend (pets by arrangement with the office upon booking).
The Otway Fly Tree Top Walk and Cafe is only a 40 minute drive as well as beautiful waterfalls and day walks that lead to some of the most stunning scenery Victoria has to offer.
