This luxury hilltop 3BR holiday home has unparalleled 180o views of the Aire River valley and Otways. This is the ideal place for holidays with family and friends, in a beautiful natural environment where koalas and many other native animals and birds abound. See wedge-tailed eagles hover outside the huge picture windows, or relax on the deck and admire the sunset over the Aire River sand dunes. The Great Ocean Walk is nearby at the river estuary and this lovely spot is also a great place for anglers, so bring the fishing gear!

The gourmet kitchen features a Rosieres 'Paul Bocuse' stove, commercial coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, glassed coolroom and an excellent selection of cookery equipment. This is a kitchen that was made for cooking and entertaining.

The house features beautifully coloured Grampians sandstone walls, high vaulted ceilings in the spacious living area and panoramic views through huge picture windows. It has two Wood Fires, RC air-conditioning, two Spas and comfortably sleeps 6/8 people. A secluded and sheltered courtyard features beautiful sandstone walls and broad decking spans the entire front of the house, whilst all of the bedrooms have amazing views.

Five minutes drive to Aire River estuary beach in the Otway National Park, with a short paddle to the secluded Aire River mouth.
