The Pool House combines ultra modern living with the natural surrounds of the bush as well as ocean views from almost every room in the house. Accommodating eight guests in three bedrooms, The Pool House is big enough to easily fit the whole family.

The minute you walk into the open plan living and dining area you will feel at home. Wood fire, flat screen TV and state of the art kitchen provide everything you require for your ideal home away from home. Large glass doors open onto expansive decking with outdoor furniture and spectacular ocean views. Escape the weather to the sheltered outdoor entertaining area fully equipped with furniture and BBQ.

Branching off the living area is the master bedroom with built in robe and walk in shower with easy access to your private sheltered decking area, complete with bush and ocean views.

Downstairs features two separate bedrooms both with Queen size beds. Separate to the bedrooms, you will find a bathroom with shower and vanity. Downstairs also includes the children’s play room with TV and two single beds.

We LOVED the Pool House in Wye River! Our family of four stayed in the Pool House for a week including Christmas and New Year's Eve 2010. It was our first trip from the U.S. to Australia and this wonderful house was our base of operations for a week. We loved every minute of our stay. The house is sleek and modern, and extremely comfortable. The view is incredible and we never got tired of staring out at the panoramic vistas. Having the lap pool was a huge bonus. At first, the temperature of the water was a bit chilly, but I was in Apollo Bay and walked into the Holiday GOR office, met Denis who called the owner and explained how to turn up the heat a bit. THANK YOU! The house itself has a wonderful feeling and vibe. There were koalas in the trees so close we could see their eyes, and birds would entertain us day and night with their songs. The adventurous ones would come and perch on the deck. If I was to recommend any improvements to this property it would be this: get a bigger bed in the master bedroom. Also, a clothes dryer would have been nice...surprised their wasn't one. All in all though, we loved the location. It was well designed, tastefully decorated and nicely equipped. We're sorry we had to leave!
