This recently completed designer modernist house features top of the range finishes and panoramic views of the ocean and the forest. It is in a secluded location with the Otways as your neighbour, yet is walking distance to the pub, beach, cafe and general store at Wye.

Separated by an open breezeway, the house offers two areas of expansive accommodation. In all, there are three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a third toilet, separate laundry/pantry, chef's kitchen, dining area with seating for eight, large lounge room with fire place with sandstone surround,high quality designer furniture, a second large separate lightfilled living space.

The master bedroom (Queen bed) has stunning views of Kennett Point with an adjoining large luxury ensuite with free standing bath.

Two further double bedrooms, both with robes; one with Queen bed and one with bunk bed (double at bottom and single at top) and single trundle bed (sleeps 4). A second, large separate living area with television and DVD player, featuring a kitchenette, with microwave, sink and two burner stove.

A chef's kitchen with stone and stainless steel benchtops, European appliances, including microwave, in wall SMEG fully automatic coffee machine, two drawer dishwasher, large SMEG oven, cooktop and ample supplies of cutlery and crockery. High quality utensils and cooking equipment provided.

Huge external decking areas provide constant sun and various areas for relaxation and entertaining. Generous use of wood, glass and steel characterise this unique property.

The main deck area off the open plan living space is partly covered to provide year round enjoyment and has views to Kennet Point and to Anglesea. Set amidst the tree tops, there are regular visits and viewing of koalas, parrots, kookaburras and other bird life.

Easily accessible from the home is the Otway State Forest, which borders the back of the property and provides open recreational space for children and easy access to a range of bushwalks.

Fabulous house, with all mod cons (loved trying out the coffee machine!), comfy beds - and a nice long couch for snoozing. Plus lovely leafy views and abundant wildlife (koalas, kangaroos, birds.) It was also a bonus to be able to bring our dog, who especially appreciated having the bush right on the back doorstep. Booking couldn\'t have been easier with the friendly and helpful staff at Holiday Great Ocean Road. Looking forward to a return visit asap.

What an amazing house! all 7 of us fell in love with the beautifully decorated and generously equipped Wyed Views. the perfect place for a relaxing escape from reality - stunning sea views through the trees and the resident koalas are a nice touch. we cooked up a storm in the brilliant kitchen and enjoyed the DVD's and CD's on offer. a lovely walk down to wye river although you never want to (or need to) leave the property!

Fabulous.... The house is amazing. Great design features, fantasic ocean views surrounded by wonderful Australian Native Bush and animals. It was amazing to see how the koala's live each and everyday. Not much on their agenda's which was so very calming. a wonderfull magical place, great communication with the owners and promise to return to see Caramello, edna and ned, hoping they hav not travelled too far! Pub and grocery store down the road is easy accessible; a very remote quiet and peacful town. thank you so much.
