Wye
Escape is located in a tranquil natural bush setting amongst the
gum trees in Wye River.
The property itself has a cleared area immediately surrounding the
house, allowing lots of sunlight into the house and on the large
outdoor entertaining decks. Floor to ceiling windows throughout
the house let all the natural light in, and provide an excellent
view of the surrounding gum trees, koalas and birds.
Wye Escape is a two storey house, with the downstairs area being
accessed separately, i.e not through an internal staircase. The downstairs area is only accessible for bookings of 5+ guests.
The Main House:
The main level has the open plan living, dining and kitchen area,
two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The outdoor entertaining
deck surrounds the house on three sides, and has outdoor furniture
and a gourmet BBQ with hood and wok burner.
Lower Level:
The lower level
of the house is accessed externally and is a self contained area.
There is a kitchenette, a bathroom, laundry,
a separate bedroom with a double size bed and a single bed,
and the living room, which has a fold out sofa bed, which is only
suitable for 2 younger children to share.
