This home is located in a popular (but quiet) court location in Apollo Bay, and adjoins a nature reserve and walk. With an Easterly aspect, it catches the first light of sunrise in the morning, so early risers can see the dawn and sunrise before an early morning surf or beach walk. Featuring 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 11 guests, 2 bathrooms plus 3rd powder room, 2 Smart TVs, wood fire, open plan living, dining and kitchen, it’s an ideal option for 2 families holidaying together.

A great feature of Aurora is the wood fire with stacked stone surround – perfect for snuggling around together on the large lounge suite through the cooler weather and enjoying streaming on the Smart TV, or board games at the huge dining table which can seat 10. Cook up some comfort food in the full kitchen, with electric oven, gas cook top, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stone bench tops and lots of cooking items and pantry space. Sliding doors open onto the undercover deck area, with Gas BBQ and outdoor bar style table with 6 chairs. Gated stairs from the deck lead down into the backyard.Upon entry, there is a dedicated home office/study area –  along with the unlimited NBN WIFI connection it makes studying or working from the coast an easy option. Hardwood Tasmanian Oak timber floors give a great feel underfoot and warm tone throughout the house.

The master bedroom with King size bed and ensuite bathroom is at one end of the house, with sliding door access on the entertaining deck.Another queen bedroom is next, just off the living area. At the other end of the house are two further bedrooms – another queen room and the bunk room. The bunk room can sleep up to 5 people with a tri-bunk (double on the bottom, single on top), and another single bunk. This room also has a wall mounted Smart TV, and small couch. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes (master has walk in robe).
The light filled family bathroom has a freestanding large bath, separate shower and vanity. There is also a separate powder room. There is an ensuite off the master bedroom with double shower and toilet.
The compact backyard is fully fenced with lawn area, outdoor shower, and a second concreted driveway perfect for parking a boat in behind the front fence. There are stairs from the outdoor entertaining area straight down into the backyard, with a gate at the top of the stairs to keep dogs in or out of the entertaining deck.
