Park the car and walk everywhere – it’s just 200m to direct beach access to the main Apollo Bay beach, the shops, cafes, and restaurants foreshore and playground. After a day at the beach or out exploring the Otways, simply walk across the road to pick up Chinese Takeaway at the Dragon Bay Inn, or to the supermarket and bottle shop.
Upstairs the sun streams in to the north facing open plan living and dining area, providing a sunny, light filled space. Sliding doors open on to the North facing deck, which enjoys views of the ocean and to the rolling green hills of Apollo Bay.
This is a really beautiful space to just sit and watch the clouds float by, the ever changing light on the hills, ocean and streetscape. Watch a movie on the large flat screen TV, providing digital TV reception and DVD player.
The kitchen is fully self contained and includes electric oven and cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. On ground level are 2 further bedrooms – one with a queen bed and sliding door access directly to the backyard, and the 3rd bedroom has a single bed with trundle underneath. All bedrooms have build in wardrobes. The family bathroom on ground level has a bath and separate shower. Upstairs has a reverse cycle heater and air conditioner, downstairs there are electric wall heaters in each bedroom.
There is a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer, and direct access out to the backyard with clothesline.
The backyard is fully fenced and includes a lawn area and native garden. This property is pet friendly for well behaved, house trained dogs.
