Housed all on the one level, entry to the house leads in to the large well equipped designer kitchen with European appliances including a double oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, large island bench, microwave and pantry.
Off the kitchen is the dining room with large 10 seat dining table. Adjoining this is a sitting room with a wall of books to choose from, and sliding glass door access to the outside deck. This wing of the house has two bedrooms, the family bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, and laundry.
The opposite South wing of the house includes the main living area with Coonara wood fire with firewood supplied for your stay. The main living area also includes a TV, DVD, and Bose surround sound system. A 2nd living room also has another TV. An extensive range of toys, books and games for all the family to enjoy. Flowing on from this are the remaining two bedrooms and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a separate powder room off the living area.
The house is heated by electric floor heating and electric heaters in most rooms.
This paradise by the sea is only a short drive to the shops, cafes and restaurants of Apollo Bay.

The Hamptons at Marengo is a large house and benefits from the fire going to keep the house warm in the cooler months.
The house does not have air conditioning, and on the rare occasion when there is a very hot day with no breeze, the house can get quite warm.
The property does not have a dryer however there is a washing machine and clothes line for your convenience.
