Comprising four bedrooms, the home is an excellent choice for a large family or even two! The layout also creates a place that works well to accommodate a couple, as the main living room, master bedroom and bathroom are all on the top level.

There are two separate living areas, upstairs is open plan with a large L-shaped sofa to stretch out on and a 55” smart TV. The downstairs sunroom has wide sliding doors that open onto a rear lawn and covered sitting area. With polished timber floor boards throughout, the home is a perfect retreat for all seasons. The living rooms have split systems for comfortable cooling and heating. Matte black ceiling fans cool all the bedrooms during Summer. On chilly nights, light the free standing wood heater to create a super cosy lounge space.

On the sun filled upstairs deck you will find the BBQ and a spacious outdoor table seating eight. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped as your home away from home.

Window to the Water is in a truly sensational location. There is seriously no need for a  car. The Terrace is the main retail street in Ocean Grove, just around the corner from your front door! Uncle Jack’s is known for its hearty burgers or head to Kyosk for something super healthy with lots of vegetarian options. Dear White Hart is in the Trak arcade, find it for a hideaway morning coffee. Well worth a browse is Florence and Threads for unique clothing, home wares and locally made jewellery. Great to know Coles supermarket is right there too!

A five minute walk takes you to the beach and the surf. Explore the rock pools when the tide is low or head up to the red and yellow flags at the surf club patrolled area to catch some waves. It is about a 15-20 minute beach walk or a four minute drive with parking available near the Ocean Grove Surf club. A few boogie boards can be found in the garage with a variety of kids wetsuit sizes.
