This stunning property overlooks Wye River Beach boasting amazing ocean views. Perched amongst the trees, each room has varied ocean and treetop views.
Upon entry you are greeted with open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas, opening out onto the ocean-view deck. The living area features a stone-stacked log-wood fire centerpiece. Relax on the couch in front of the fire, with views of the ocean and treetops, while enjoying a show on the wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix, Stan and Binge available. The entire top level has floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening up to bring the outside air in on those balmy Summer evenings. Listen to the sound of the ocean waves and the abundant bird life with the occasional koala visit and sugar gliders living in the trees.
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a dishwasher, a gas cook-top, 900mm wide electric oven, and is very well stocked with cooking equipment to whip up a feast. A coffee machine will help you kick off your day before deciding whether you wish to explore the area's beaches, walks, and waterfalls or just grab a bite to eat at the cafe or pub. We wouldn't blame you for deciding to stay in all day either with the spectacular views and relaxed vibe of Phoenix On Wye!
A sheltered North/West facing balcony with a Ziegler & Brown BBQ on the top deck will impress - with built-in outdoor seating and landscaping featuring native plants attracting bird life. A further enclosed balcony area situated on the second level is a lovely spot to take in the sounds of nature or curl up with a favorite book.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests in three generous bedrooms.
The master bedroom is on the main level and boasts a luxurious king-size bed. Accompanying the master bedroom is a large en-suite with toilet and shower. The remaining two bedrooms are downstairs, and both offer queen beds and reverse-cycle air conditioners. An additional guest bathroom with a shower and toilet is included. There is also a separate laundry downstairs with a washing machine and dryer.
WIFI is provided making it easy to keep in touch with the outside world when needed or to tap into the world of entertainment.
Phoenix on Wye welcomes your well-behaved, house-trained four-legged friend too.
Access to the house is via a concrete driveway, with only a few stairs onto the deck and to the front door. Phoenix on Wye has recently been featured in the books "Australian Beach Houses" and "Beautiful Beach Houses".
