Enter through the double lock up garage, along the passage with two bedrooms and bathroom with large bath, opening out into the kitchen, dining and living area.
The galley kitchen features a solid island bench with barstools, electric cooktop and oven, dishwasher, and large fridge with ice maker. The walk in pantry contains the microwave and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking pans, utensils and appliances for your stay. A Sunbeam barista max espresso machine has a grinder and take coffee beans or ground coffee. A sliding door from the kitchen opens to the undercover deck, with BBQ, and bar bench with bar stools to sit and enjoy the view while interacting with the chef.
The living area has two comfy tan leather armchairs with footrests, along with a couch, and movable wall mounted Smart TV and Wi-Fi throughout. Sliding doors lead out onto the other side of the deck, down a couple of stairs to the lush side garden outdoor dining deck. Surrounding by decking and plants, this lovely spot captures the sun and is sheltered by the winds, with overhanging trees providing dappled sunlight for afternoon drinks. With a solid dining table and chairs – this is a great place to enjoy dining outdoors any time of day.
There is another sunny deck area at the bottom of the garden with sun lounges.
Upstairs is a large master suite, with king size bed, wall mounted Smart TV and doors onto a private balcony with ocean views. There is a walk in wardrobe, large bathroom, and second sitting area with Smart TV and office desk. Another balcony looks onto the hills and captures the North aspect and afternoon sun.
Scenic Estate has reverse cycle air conditioning throughout, the softness of sheer curtains as well as block outs, and multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces.
