The cottage has recently been updated to include a fantastic outdoor deck area that makes the most of the gorgeous lake, ocean and Otway Ranges views - including an outdoor heated spa!Enjoy a BBQ with friends and family or simply relax to the sound of rolling waves whilst taking in the fresh ocean air. An abundance of native animals and bird life live on the property and if you look carefully it's possible you'll spot a resident koala.
A walk to beautiful Marengo beach only takes a few minutes and is a perfect spot to take in the sunrise over the ocean. You can often spot Australian fur seals on the reef of the offshore marine sanctuary.
The cottage comprises of three bedrooms (1 x Queen, 2 x singles, 2 x Singles). Enjoy the newly refreshed open plan living dining area with large kitchen table, lounge area and an open fire place. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a new oven, cook-top and range-hood. A reverse cycle air conditioner will help keep you comfortable if the weather outside turns. There is also a smart TV with free WiFi so you can sign into your TV subscriptions such as Netflix. DVD Player and stereo/CD Player/ Radio for entertainment.
A cubby house will also keep the youngsters entertained too!
There are also full laundry facilities, linen supplied & parking for 2 vehicles (1 undercover).
